| SentryScope is a 21 million-pixel ultra high resolution digital surveillance system with a 90° angle of view, it can provide facial identification in a area 90m wide and 60m away from the camera even in playback.
SentryScope uses advanced linescan technology to achieve ultra-high resolution surveillance video footage. Capable of capturing up to 21 million pixels per image, SentryScope can view large areas, while capturing enough data in each image to allow zooming into sub-regions in fine detail. In unmanned and partially-manned operations the ability to identify, suspicious people, item, and / or activity after the event, is critical. SentryScope is now available with upgradable storage capacities allowing the user to record for 30 days+. Not to mention the state of the art SentryChroma giving a fast overlay in full colour. |

Network Monitoring & Management
SentryManager is the latest optional extra for SentryScope customers. This software can be installed on any PC to allow the SentryScope to be monitored, reviewed and setup from anywhere via the Internet, Wan and Lan.
Proprietary digital recording
The footage is stored in unique encrypted file format. This prevents the footage being tampered with and maximises security. You can export encrypted footage directly to a CD-R or Portable USB storage device with the viewing and playback software included to submit to a court as primary evidence.
Image Averaging
This is another unique feature that the SentryScope boasts. Image Averaging offers super enhanced night time performance by comparing adjacent images and removing picture noise. The results have to be seen to be believed.

SentryChroma
Ultra high resolution meets fast colour update. Ideal for real time response when nothing but a good quality colour image will do.
SentryScope has been leading the way in high resolution large area surveillance for a number of years now, the only draw backs being capture rate and only being available in monochrome.
This is no longer the case! SentryScope is no longer restricted to 1fps in B/W with the addition of SentryChroma.
SentryChroma is a option upgrade for the SentryScope, a 3 mega pixel colour camera is bolted onto the top. Covering the same area as your SentryScope at the same aspect ratio, now you are not only capturing aweinspiring crystal clear monochrome images, but high speed colour ones.
Recording at up to 12fps SentryChroma interfaces seamlessly with the SentryScope. Once you have zoomed into an area of interest in colour you can instantly switch to the nearest mono image to pick up a number plate or get a facial ID on someone.
Sentry-IR
Imagine your high resolution SentryScope images being as crystal clear in low light conditions as they are in broad day light.
Now this is possible! Spectrum San Diego and Envisage Technology Ltd are releasing SentryScope with Infra Red cut filter and a 180 degree Ifra red illuminator.
SentryManager
The SentryManager software package allows multiple SentryScope cameras to be monitored and controlled from one or more remote computers. Up to three cameras can be simultaneously monitored on a single screen. A simple mouse click changes the display to another set of three with virtually no limit to the number of cameras that can be viewed.
All SentryScope imaging capabilities are available through SentryManager. Remote stations can view live or recorded video, pan and zoom within images, use search features and advanced image enhancement tools.The SentryServer operating each SentryScope is placed on the user's LAN during initial installation. Sentrymanager operating with password protection, allows the surveillance personnel to control and optimise each camera's operation including:
- Operational changes, such as focusing the cameras
- Configuration settings, such as setting compressing levels
- Preventing unauthorized use, such as setting passwords
- Administrative tasks, such as modifying camera text information
- Full live and playback privilages
- Remote archiving
Image Averaging
Image averaging is a feature unique to SentryScope. This option allows us to remove image noise during low light conditions.
This function is only available in playback and works by analysing consecutive frames to determine what is noise. This means that it will only work on stationary objects such as parked vehicles.
