Visitor Management
The EIDOS Visitor software replaces the traditional visitor book with a streamlined process for booking in visitors & contractors to site. Visitor details are securely stored and provide real time information and reports.
Repeat visitors using the App. need only enter their mobile number for the system to recognise them and pre-fill the required fields. Capture visitor photos for printing passes with the option to issue access control passes via the EIDOS Asset Tracking module.
How it Works

The EIDOS Cloud Based Asset & Key Management Software is the paperless solution for tracking and managing assets, saving time and money.
How it Works
Items registered in the EIDOS Inventory such as; Keys, Radios or Body Cams, that require tracking are fitted with NFC tags. Items are booked out by scanning the NFC tag, logging the recipient’s name, contact details and expected return date and time. In the event of an item not being returned, it’s flagged as overdue and an email and optional SMS Text Message is sent to the item holder.

Police, Insurers and Law firms are increasingly requiring that CCTV footage and other data is transferred to them electronically rather than physically in the form of portable media such as DVD or USB memory.
The responsibility for the safe custody of personal data rests with the disclosing data controller who is responsible for GDPR compliance and must maintain a robust audit trail of any processing carried out. This responsibility might be compromised if an applicant requires that their organisations own data release processing methods are used. This should normally be refused in favour of SFS.
How it Works
- Data Upload – The Security Supervisor completes the Data Release and uploads the CCTV Footage.
- Release Authorisation – The Data Manager receives a notification via email that data is ready for release and requires authorisation.
- Release Notification – The recipient receives a notification via email that data is ready to be downloaded.
- Authentication & Download – Recipient receives an SMS text with PIN allowing them to sign for and download data.
- Transaction Logged – Details of the release are automatically logged including date & time of download and signature.
