DPA, CCTV Training and Logistics
Recognising the need for high-quality training that would, among other things, be able to provide SIA (Security Industry Association) licence courses in CCTV, Gordon has been providing this service for nearly two decades. His wide background includes many years in Policing and CCTV operations, and this “hands-on” practical experience gives him an advantage in the training of management and operation of CCTV systems
Working internationally, he has delivered training and consultancy in a number of overseas locations including Universities in Saudi Arabia, airports in Iraq, Sahara Gold Mines in Mauritania, Transport Hubs in Ghana, Police and security in Malaysia, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait and Bermuda.
In the UK he has delivered high quality CCTV training to Universities, Local Authorities and Security companies operating large CCTV systems.
Recently, Gordon has, among other things, worked on training strategy with the Surveillance Camera Commissioner who regulates CCTV in the UK and has been advising the SIA on the updating of the current CCTV SIA licence course.
Apart from presenting our Data Protection Awareness Course, Gordon’s main course delivery is for the SIA licensed role and he has developed a comprehensive training package on behalf of Highfield Qualifications. This is now used across the UK by all SIA CCTV training companies affiliated to Highfield.
Other projects include developing a CCTV Managers Course in conjunction with the largest CCTV national training company.

In addition to training, Gordon can also provide fully operational Mobile CCTV Unit which can be hired for event security. This can deliver high definition images from up to 30 cameras and operate as a control vehicle for your event or festival. He is also available to manage the operation of the unit at the event where the Mobile CCTV Vehicle Is Utilised.
